Dynamic Moves Dance Studio was established in May 1998 by Principal, Belinda Kawalek.

Belinda commenced her dance career at a studio in the Illawarra studying the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus at the age of 4 years.

Her teaching career started at the age of 16 years when she was employed as a Junior Teacher teaching Classical Ballet, Jazz, Modern & Contemporary dance styles.

After dancing and teaching in the Illawarra for over 15 years, Belinda pursued her career in Sydney at a high profile Dance School for 4 years, where she studied major syllabii with the Royal Academy of Dance and the Australian Teachers of Dance.

Belinda has an Associate Diploma in Professional Dance Teaching, Certificate V in Assessment and Workplace Training, a Diploma in Event Management, a Diploma in Personal Training and a Masters in Remedial & Sports Therapy.

Belinda's desire, from a very young age, has always been to own and operate her own dance studio to enhance children's lives with music and dance.

 

Angela has been teaching at Dynamic Moves Dance Studio for 5 years, where she started her teaching career. Angela started dancing at the age of 4 years.

Angela too, started dancing at a studio in the Illawarra then furthered her career in Sydney. Angela has attended many workshops at the Sydney Opera House with the Sydney Dance Academy.

Angela holds a Diploma in Financial Studies and a Certificate in Professional Dance Teaching with the Royal Academy of Dancing.

 

Dynamic Moves Dance Studio also employs trainees - Phoebe Phillips (Hip Hop), Sara-Jay O'Shea (Tap), Nikki McGarrigle (Tap), Lauren Sutton (Jazz) and Emily Blackburn (Jazz) as Junior and Assistant teachers.  These teachers are currenty studying their Teaching Diplomas with Dynamic Moves Dance Studio.

 

 

Together, we are committed and highly educated in the art of dance and both share the same passion for dance. "We love what we do and wouldn't have it any other way!"
