Terms & Conditions

Dance Uniform must be worn when attending each class.  Students will be asked to leave the class if this dress code is not abided by.

All students must attend class with the following attire:

• Hair tied back off face either in a bun or ponytail
• The correct footwear must be worn for the required genre.
• Sneakers only to be worn during Hip Hop classes.
• NO heavy Jewellery or necklaces are to be worn.

Students must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time.  If a student is more than 5 minutes late, they will not be permitted to stay. 

When competing in eisteddfords, competitions, promotional days or group activities, the Dynamic Moves Dance Studio uniform must be worn.

All weekly/monthly/term accounts are to be paid at the beginning of each class/month /term.  Your child's place at the studio will be replaced if this is not abided by.

Polite behaviour and respect towards teachers and fellow students is expected at all times whilst in the care of the studio.  If this is breached, your child will be asked to leave immediately.

While students are asked to respect their teachers and fellow students, we also expect that parents follow these rules as well.  We do not tolerate any negative communications between parents, students and teachers.  Any issues will be resolved directly with the people involved and action will be taken.

No intimidation or harassment will be tolerated by anyone .

All missed classes must be paid for.

No parents will be permitted to stay during any classes (unless at the discretion of the teacher).  This creates a distraction to the students in the class.

If you wish to discuss your child's progress or you have any queries, please contact the principcal director by telephone first and an appointment time will be made if necessary.  We will not discuss any matters before, during or after classes as this disturbs the students and tends to make classes run over time.
